How do i know that i need a new roof?
You may see signs of damage including, leaks coming through the ceiling, damaged or missing shingles, and paint cracking or wallpaper peeling within the house. Although the only way to truly know, is to request an inspection. 

Paul Crandall & Associates will provide an inspection by a qualified roofing specialist. Our roofing specialists have no less than 10 years of experience in the roofing industry, and are experienced in the evaluation process and proper roof assembly.

Based upon our findings, we will provide you with recommendations on repairs, maintenance or replacement of the current roof assembly. Our experts shall exercise a high level of integrity in assessment of all our finding and recommendations for every project.  ​
What can I expect after requesting a quote?
Upon receiving an accepted proposal we will: 
  • Provide a statement of deposit for your project
  • Provide you with estimated start and completion dates for your project
  • Provide you with certificates of insurance for property and workmans compensation
  • Obtain every permit and performance bond requirements for your project
  • Maintain good communication throughout the duration of your project
How do I know if i'm dealing with a reputable contractor?

  • Certificates of required insurances to conduct business in the state of Wisconsin

How do i work with my insurance company if i have storm damage?
Homeowner's insurance will cover damage from many storms, however, it is a good idea to confirm with your insurance company.

If your roof is damaged during a storm, you should contact a roofing company right away so you don't miss any claim deadlines. Paul Crandall & Associates can help you with your insurance claim by confirming that the storm caused the damage, determine the extent of the damage and come up with an estimated cost of repairs. You can then take this information to your insurance agent.
